    in daily life and to access science.

    2. Expressing meaning at short simple transactional (to get things done) and interpersonal (to socialize) conversation by using spoken language accurately, fluently,  and  acceptable  to  interact  and  involve  spoken language accurately in daily life to access knowledge.
    3. Responding the  meaning  and  the  procedure  of  written  text (conversation dialog) accurately in daily life to access knowledge.

    2. Students are able to present their  own dialog according to the topic  in front of the class (going to the holiday place).

    1. Understand the procedure of making dialog by using the expressions of agree and disagreement with the topic going the the holiday place..
    2. Understand the structure and the content of the topic in their dialog.
    3. Present their dialog according to the topic in front of the class.
    4. Communicate with their pair well in the dialog that they deliver.
    5. Understand the information given by their pair.

    Fadli                : Do you have a plan tomorrow?

    Ilham               : No, I don’t

    Fadli                : Would you like to come to my house? There is a small party celebrating my brother’s graduation.

    Ilham               : Sure. I’d love to. What time?

    Fadli                : 10 o’clock. Please ask your sister to come with you

    Ilham               : All right

    Fadli                : Well, be there!

     

    Dialogue 2

    John                 : It’s a boring day!

    Thomas            : Why?

    John                 : I have a lot of homework

    Thomas            : Me. Too. Would you come to my house tonight?

    John                 : I’m sorry I don’t think I can

    Thomas            :Why? You say that you have a lot of homework. Let’s learn together.

    John                 : I’m not feeling well. I think I will not go to school tomorrow.

    Thomas            : Poor you. You’d better to get some rest.

    John                 : Thanks for your advice.

    John                 : You’re welcome.

    1. Teaching Learning Activities

    Pre Activities

    • The teacher  warms  up  the  students  by  giving  several  questions

    related  to  the  topic.  It  is  aimed  to  brainstorming  the  students‟

    background knowledge. The questions are as follows:

    1. Did you ever get an invitation?
    2. Did you ever invite some your event?
    • The teacher reads a brief summary of the content of the dialogue.

    Whilst activities

    • The teacher reads a short dialogue. The dialogue is about invitation dialogue.
    • The teacher asks the students to repeat the dialogue together line by line after the teacher.
    • The teacher asks the students to repeat the dialogue individually and in chorus. Each sentences may be repeated a half dozens of times, depending on its length and on the alertness of the language learner. If the teacher detects an error, the offending learner corrects and repeats the sentence.
    • The teacher asks the students to replace one word with another. They may replace a word of the model sentence with a pronoun, number, or gender and make some the necessary change.

    For example: Would you come to my house tonight?

    The students replace the word into Would you come to my birthday party tonight?

    I have a lot of homework, the students replace the word into I have a lot of tasks.

    • The teacher asks the students to replace the subject into their friend’s name.

    For example: I have a lot of homework

    The students replace the subject into Rini has a lot of homework.

    • The teacher reads each sentence of the dialogue, for example:

    I have a lot of homework

    The teacher asks the students to changes the sentence into interrogative sentence “ Do you have a lot of homework?”

    • The teacher reads each sentence of the dialogue, for example:

    I’m not feeling well.

    The teacher asks the students to changes the sentence into positive sentence “I’m feeling well.

    Post Activities

    • The teacher writes the text of the dialogue on the whiteboard. The students now are allowed to look at their textbooks.
    • The teacher asks the students to make their own dialogue. The dialogue contains of key structure.
    • All of the students‟ speech performance in each pair is recorded by

    the researcher.

    Hallo sahabat SBI yang sedang bersemangat belajar bahasa inggris, pada kesempatan kali ini admin ingin menjelaskan kepada sahabat SBI mengenai contoh lesson plan dalam bahasa inggris yang digunakan untuk sekolah menengah atas khusus nya kelas 2. Namun, sebelum admin memberika contoh mengenai lesson plan tersebut, apa yang sahabat SBI ketahui mengenai lesson plan?

    Yaps, lesson plan merupakan rencana pembelajaran atau dalam bahasa indonesia disebut dengan RPP, lalu apa bedanya dengan RPP? sejatinya, keduanya tidak berbeda karena memiliki bentuk atau content yang sama, hanya saja dalam bahasa inggris, RPP lebih sering disebut dengan lesson plan, selain itu, penulisan RPP juga lebih ringkas dibandingkan dengan lesson plan. Seperti apa contohnya? yuk langsung kita simak aja 🙂

             Basic Competence

    2.1 Understanding memo, message, simple menu, schedule, time table, and road sign.

     

             Indicators

    1. Making the sentences how to order the menu.
    2. Making dialogue how to order the menu.
    3. Practicing dialogue how to order the menu.
    4. Expressing and acting the dialogue in front of the class.

     

             Objectives

    1. Students are able to make the sentences how to order the menu.
    2. Students are able to make dialogue for the order menu.
    3. Students are able to practice dialogue for order the menu.
    4. Students are able to express and act the dialogue in front of the class.

     

     

             Technique

    Role play technique

     

             Teaching Learning Activities:

     

    1. Pre Activity (10 minutes)

             The students ray together

             Students are given the question or brainstorming related to the topic that they are going to learn.

             The students are given a chance by teacher to share their opinion.

             The students are explained the material and introduced the role-play technique.

     

    1. While Activity ( 70 minutes)

             Students are given the example of how to order the menu.

             The students are asked to analyze the expression of how to order the menu.

             The students are asked on their comprehension and the new vocabularies based on the dialogue.

             The students are given the some knowledge or statements related to the topic that what will be discussed.

             The students are asked to give other examples how to order the menu.

             The students are given a few minutes to think about the topic.

    Activity 1

             The students are asked to work in their groups that consist of three or four people.

             The students work in their groups to discuss and make a dialogue how to order the menu in the restaurant.

             The students are asked to do conversation with their groups and perform in front of the class randomly.

             The students are evaluated of their speaking ability that consists on pronunciation, fluency, and comprehensibility.

     

    1. Post Activity ( 10 minutes)

             The students are give comments, suggestion, and evaluates from the teacher related their performance that consist on pronunciation, fluency, and comprehensibility.

             The students are asked what that they have studied.

             The students are asked to make a conclusion about the expression of offering, asking, accepting, and refusing something.

             The students are given a chance to ask questions.

             End the class.
